What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for regional locations. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Are Campus Shoes covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our footwear comes with a 90-day manufacturing warranty that covers structural defects. This does not include regular wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery is also available for select pin codes.
How should I clean and maintain my shoes?
